Working with Dahlia Design Remodel has been an absolute pleasure. We interviewed 4 other companies and almost went with a big known company here in Madison. After a nightmarish experience, we approached Alycia and Jesse. Dahlia Design and Remodel had just completed a kitchen remodel at a neighbor’s house. Immediately, we realized how fortunate we were. They analyzed our design, significantly improved it and we were able to go ahead with the project within the budget we had.

As soon as materials were ordered and arrival dates were available, we were given a 2 month day to day schedule of activities for the project complete with name and contact information of the people who were coming. Yes, highly unusual in this day and age – even more so, the schedule was actually accurate throughout the project!! Not only that, they were patient and very open and flexible with us as we added a few smaller projects we only thought of once they had already started the work. Even with all those additions, the project was done on time! The only short delay was due to a product coming with a different color than what Dahlia ordered, fault solely on the supplier.

The plumbing company, electrician, countertops & drywall people they work with were also excellent. So much so that we have now worked with them on separate small projects and have now also become our go to people for future specific needs at home. We wholeheartedly recommend Dahlia Design and Remodeling for all your remodeling needs, it has been an absolute pleasure working with them. We cannot be happier with our new kitchen, bathroom and floors – it has exceeded our expectations, we are so grateful!
